Advisory · Entrepreneur Development
Most new businesses fail on arithmetic, not ambition. Entrepreneur development is the work of taking an idea and building the structure, numbers, and sequence that make it operable: whether the model works financially, what it costs to start, how it gets customers, what has to happen in what order, and whether the founder is ready. I will tell you honestly when the numbers do not work that is the most valuable thing I can do at this stage, and it is cheaper to hear now.
What we build together
- Business concept assessment and feasibility analysis
- Business model and revenue model
- Startup budget and funding requirement
- Revenue projections, cash flow forecast, break-even analysis
- Market demand and competitor research
- Pricing strategy
- Organizational structure and staffing plan
- Technology, systems, and vendor planning
- Launch sequence and readiness checklist
- Business plan and financial package for lenders or investors
What I will tell you honestly
Whether the margins support the model. Whether the market is where you think it is. Whether you are funded for the timeline you actually need rather than the one you hope for. And whether the business requires licensure, certification, or accreditation you do not yet have.
Boundaries
I do not provide securities, investment, or valuation opinions, and I do not connect founders with investors. Legal opinions, tax elections, and licensed valuations are outside my scope and are engaged directly by you.
Start with an assessment
Every advisory engagement begins by finding what is actually wrong, quantifying it, and building the structure to fix it.
