This notice covers the public website and consultation inquiries. Client workspaces and engagement records require their own applicable agreements and notices.

The inquiry form collects name, organization, work email, focus area, a short description, and optional phone number. Hosting and service providers may process IP addresses, browser or device information, access times, and diagnostic or security logs when operating the site.

Purposes and recipients

Inquiry details are used to evaluate your request, communicate with you, and manage prospective engagements. Technical information supports operation, troubleshooting, and security.

Submissions are stored in the website’s secure application records. The backend requests an email notification with the form details through Resend to consulting@melissafrierson.com and attempts to forward the inquiry to the practice’s Command Center at nexus.melissafrierson.com. Email delivery or synchronization may fail; the website retains the submitted record.

Information may also be disclosed when legally required, to address security incidents or legal claims, or to authorized providers supporting the requested service. Sending an inquiry is not consent to sell your information or use confidential content to train AI models.

Retention and privacy requests

Retention depends on the inquiry’s purpose, follow-up, contractual obligations, applicable law, and preservation needed for disputes. This notice does not promise a fixed deletion period or immediate removal from backups or legally required records.

Email privacy@melissafrierson.com to request access, correction, deletion, or information about use of your inquiry. Applicable law determines available rights, exceptions, deadlines, appeal rights, and whether an authorized agent may act for you. Reasonable identity verification may be needed; do not email identity documents or sensitive records unless a suitable method is arranged.

Sensitive data, children, and third parties

This business website is not designed for children under 13 or for collecting patient records. Do not submit PHI, tax returns, Social Security numbers, bank details, or account passwords.

External websites and linked workspaces have their own terms and practices. Their privacy settings are not controlled by this notice. No internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed completely secure.
