What has been done
- Color contrast designed to meet or exceed WCAG AA ratios deep slate text on warm alabaster backgrounds exceeds AAA contrast
- Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy
- Keyboard navigation support with visible focus states (3px burnished orange outline)
- All interactive elements meet a minimum 44×44px touch target
- Form fields use persistent labels, not placeholder-only labels
- Images include descriptive alt text
