Consultation Inquiry Privacy Notice
This notice explains how information submitted through the consultation form on melissafrierson.com is handled. It applies to that form, not to records exchanged later through a separate client engagement or workspace.
What the form collects
The form asks for your name, organization, work email, area of interest, and a brief description of your challenge. A phone number is optional.
How the information is used
Melissa uses your submission to review your inquiry and contact you about a potential consultation or engagement. Submitting the form does not schedule an appointment or create a client engagement.
Where the submission goes
Your inquiry is saved in the website’s Base44 application records. A notification containing the form details is sent to melissa@melissafrierson.com through the website’s email delivery service, Resend. The inquiry records are configured for administrator access in the website app.
Please keep sensitive records out of the form
Do not submit patient information, medical records, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or confidential documents through this public form. If records are needed later, Melissa will discuss a suitable way to exchange them.
